Ladies Who Lunch visit Eva
Our monthly gathering of gals for lunch, recently checked out Eva. Their tapa-style dinner as well as their Sunday brunch are easy to love, but I had yet to try their lunch offering. After sampling many dishes during the lunch hour, I can now say I am an advocate for Eva at any meal time.
For lunch we tried, their Eva Pie, a basic single serve pizza with robust flavor and perfectly baked crust. We also sampled their Vegetarian Mac N’ Cheese with peas and caramelized onions, a gourmet version of America’s favorite comfort food. It was rich and filling, baked to perfection adding a crisp texture to the top. We also enjoyed their Turkey-Cranberry sandwich, with brie and arugula. The sandwich is served warm with melted cheese oozing from the crusty bread.
For a grand ending to our lunch we had their Loukamedes, the Greek version of a donut hole, served with berries and cream.
Dinner was not an option as we all left completely satisfied with delicious comfort foods.
